Lifetime Clog-Free Warranty

Alpratt Exteriors warrants to you, the original purchaser of the gutter guards, that under normal use and conditions, the gutter guards will remain clog free for the lifetime of the product. This warranty is transferable to a new owner of the property for a $99 transfer fee, payable to Alpratt Exteriors.

Alpratt Exteriors is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control, such as (but not limited to), work by anyone other than Alpratt Exteriors, accident, hail, fire, flood, explosion, wind blown objects, salt spray, harmful chemicals, abuse, vandalism, or improper maintenance. Alpratt Exteriors is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from any defect or expenses except as expressly provided herein. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other legal rights which vary from state to state.

If Alpratt Exteriors makes a trip to your property for a problem that isn't covered under this warranty, a trip charge of $199 applies.

You must promptly notify Alpratt Exteriors, in writing, of any problem following its discovery. Include a copy of your warranty registration, a copy of your contract or invoice, and three photos of the affected area.

Register your warranty within 30 days after your original installation is complete. Failure to register the warranty does not void the warranty, but assists Alpratt Exteriors in processing any warranty claims you may have.
