Text Messaging Terms
Effective: January 1, 2026
Program. Alpratt Exteriors (Alpratt Inc.) sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who opt in. Messages cover estimate requests, appointment scheduling and reminders, project updates, and follow-up after your project, including review requests.
How you opt in. You agree to receive texts by checking the text consent box on our estimate form, by texting us first, or by giving us verbal or written permission. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your request and project.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. To start again, reply START.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
