Alpratt Inc., doing business as Alpratt Exteriors ("Alpratt," "we," "us"), operates alpratt.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you request an estimate or contact us, you provide your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the service you need, and any message you include. When you register or transfer a gutter guard warranty, you also provide the property address, product, installation or transfer date, feet installed, the price paid if you choose to, a typed signature, and, for transfers, the names and contact details of the previous and new owners.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server records basic technical data with each visit: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and the date and time. We use it to keep the site secure, prevent spam, and fix problems.
- Cookies. We use one essential cookie that keeps the estimate form secure. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook pixels, or any other advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, schedule your free estimate, and provide the services you ask for
- To register, transfer, and honor warranties
- To contact you by phone call, text message, or email about your request or project
- To send appointment reminders, project updates, and follow-up after your project, including requests to review our work
- To protect the website and our business from spam, fraud, and misuse
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use it to send messages about your estimate, appointments, and project. Our Text Messaging Terms explain message frequency, costs, and how to opt out.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host, email provider, and text messaging provider, who may use it only to provide services to us
- When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety or that of others
- With a buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized, subject to this policy
Third-party features
Our site shows an embedded Google Map and may display reviews from Google. When those load, Google may collect information under its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. Links to other websites are governed by those sites' policies.
How long we keep information
We keep estimate requests and customer records as long as needed to serve you, honor warranties, and meet legal and tax requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
How we protect information
The site uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and estimate requests are stored in access-restricted locations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
- Access, correction, or deletion: contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time, subject to records we must keep by law.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
